Overview / Challenge
Atelier Goods, a fashion and lifestyle retailer, had a premium brand — but a shopping experience that didn’t live up to it. Overloaded navigation and weak product pages cost conversions.
Strategy
Bringing the brand into the interface
We began with a brand audit and a customer-journey analysis. The problem was less technical than narrative: products were listed, not staged.
I defined an editorial product-story structure — every product got space, context and a visual hierarchy fitting the premium positioning.

Interaction
Navigation that stays out of the way
The main navigation was reduced from 9 to 4 categories. A new filtered catalog and faster product previews noticeably shortened the path from browsing to buying.
Checkout was condensed to a single screen with clear intermediate steps — cart abandonment dropped significantly.
